- Guidance for using databases and electronic journals
- Deputy search of subscribed databases
- Material research inter-libraries
- Introduction letter to other university libraries (or institutions)
- Application for copying and borrowing material from other university libraries (or institutions)
You can apply for reference services via MY Library.
The service progress of copying and borrowing material from other university libraries can be checked via My Library.
*This service is not available to AGU Graduates and external users.
*We do not accept reference service by phone.
Issuance of introduction letter
Some other university libraries require introduction letters for access.
Please note that the issuance of access takes a few days.
Copying and Borrowing materials from other university libraries
Inter-library delivery service for making photocopies of journal theses or interlibrary loan services are available. The borrowing cost must be covered by the borrower. The borrowed materials are available only within the library.
The inquiry which the library cannot accept
We do not accept the following enquiries:
-Any research on behalf of students
-Any research requiring prospects and decisions by librarians
-Research related to the privacy of individuals
